Cycling On Friday

The Green schools committee discussed a different approach to our WOW days for February. They decided since we had been awarded a new cycle shed we should try to encourage people to cycle to school.  We decided on a COF cycle on Friday!

The committee decided that since it was bikes we needed to start from a farther away point to cycle together the last part to the school. We decided to meet at the new graveyard on the back road to Killaloe. Ms. Crotty said she would cycle too and Mrs. McNamara went ahead of us in her electric car. It was fun to get up early and cycle and it was a lovely Spring day. We all enjoyed the cycle.
