First and Second Classes were very busy during Science Week 2019. They conducted a science experiment each day at school. They used everyday materials such as balloons, vinegar, bread soda, food colouring, vegetable oil, water, Skittles and wooden skewers in their experiments. Science concepts such as surface tension, chemical reactions and air pressure were explored and the skills of observing, predicting, recording and working collaboratively were used throughout. Take a look below at what they got up to this week!
