We had our Sports Day this year on 16th June. We were delighted that the weather was good as we were looking forward so much to the day.
The pupils from 6th class set up various stations for us on the pitch and on the court.
After Sos it was 1st and 2nd classes’ time to go outside. There were so many activities to take part in and we had lots of fun.
We played basketball and soccer on the court. After that we went on to the pitch and had running races, hurdles, egg and spoon races, javelin-throwing and running backwards races. We also had a penalty shoot-out against some of the 6th class pupils.
We also enjoyed playing some parachute games.
Ms. Foster had a lovely surprise for us at the end of the day when an ice-cream truck arrived at the school with an ice-cream for everyone.
We had a great Sports Day this year!
